Rossford Zoning Code Update

The Rossford City Council amended the Zoning Code text and map, effective May 14, 2008.

The links at the left will take you to .pdf files of the amended Zoning text, the amended Zoning Map, and the April 14, 2008 Public Hearing draft of the proposed Zoning Amendment (which indicates modified text with highlight and strikeout).

In the Zoning Amendment text, each chapter and section listed in the Table of Contents contains a hyperlink (indicated by green font). Clicking on the hyperlink will instantly take you to the appropriate section of the update. The second to last link at the left will take you to the 2007 Downtown Plan and Ordinance establishing Downtown Design Standards and Review Procedures. This Ordinance is designed to protect the exterior features of historic commercial buildings in the designated Downtown area and to establish a Design Review Commission to review applications for exterior modifications to structures.
