New Russia Township Zoning Code Update

On May 14, 2007, the New Russia Township Trustees adopted amendments to the Zoning Code as recommended by the Zoning Commission. These amendments will not go into effect until approved by residents pursuant to referendum.

The links at left will open .pdf files of the current Land Use Plan and the 1992 Zoning Code in effect, as well as the Zoning Code Amendment approved by the Trustees but not in effect. One of the two versions of the Zoning Code Amendment text contains formatting to indicate new and deleted text. Please note that these final versions of the Zoning Code Amendment text each have a "print date" of August 29, 2007 on the cover page. All earlier versions of the text should be discarded.

The Zoning Codes contain hyperlinks in the Table of Contents and where other Zoning Code references are made in the text. The newer versions of Adobe Reader have an icon button that allows you to "return" to the previous location of the hyperlink.
