The Village of Hebron is updating its Master Plan to identify and guide the future growth and development of the Village. Essentially, this plan will outline the community vision for its future development and provides a detailed strategy to achieve that vision. The plan will provide a framework for: land use decision-making; local economic development and tax base stabilization; implemention of public improvements; and generation of private investment.
