MARINA PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING
PDG worked with the Toledo Port Authority and the City of Toledo to develop a conceptual design for a Marina Passenger Terminal Building which is part of a larger development on the Maumee River. The terminal building was funded by Federal Highway Administration through the Ohio Department of Transportation. Operated by the Port Authority, the building provides for immigration services and other processing for Lake Erie passenger cruise ships arriving and departing from Toledo, Ohio. The terminal building also accommodates passengers traveling to and from Toledo by hovercraft and bus service into other areas of the City. Services also include an adjacent recreational boat marina.
